Established in 1945 in Staines, DPS specialised in providing large capacity finishing services for the construction sector and specialist anti-corrosive finishes for the North Sea oil industry. Alot has changed since then, we still provide large capacity finishing services for items upto 7.4m in length and supply specialist coatings for a whole range of industries. However, since 1945 we have relocated to Colnbrook to much larger premises, and now offer specialist aluminium treatment and finishing services, and much more. A copy of one of our original brochures can be seen here. In 2008 a management buy out took place and we changed our name from CPK Industrial Finishers to DPS Industrial Finishers.

Progression
Over the years, DPS has progressed by offering a high quality finish and together with a quick and reliable turn-around, are able to give new and existing customers a first class service. DPS has spacious premises and with the flexibility of our equipment we are able to process large and small batches of production in all shapes and sizes up to 7.4m in length, 2m in width and 1.8m high.

Services
DPS are able to apply the very latest powder coating and wet spray technologies to a wide range of substrates in a variety of finishes. Our large chromate and phosphate tanks give us the flexibility to offer a comprehensive pre-treatment facility for a range of substrates including aluminium, both sheet and extrusion, mild steel, zintec, zinc plated components and galvanised steel.

Architectural Market
We have for many years specialised in the coating of cladding, guttering and flashings etc to the architectural and construction industry using the very latest architectural grade polyester powder coatings.

Suspended Ceilings
We are able to process a large number of ceiling tiles, both metal, mineral fibre and grid from all major ceiling manufacturers including BPB and are recommended by USG Donn and Armstrong.

Aluminium Extrusion
We also specialise in the coating and recoating of aluminium extrusion for various industries including partitioning manufacturers and suppliers, sign makers and shop fitting companies.

Corrosion Protection
Combining our high end pre-treatment facilities with the Extra Life powder coating system from Cromadex we are able to offer up to 16 years corrosion protection on a range of substrates. In the current climate, the importance of corrosion protection is an issue that we at DPS have understood and to which we have reacted.

Stock Range
We currently hold over 220 British Standards and RAL colours in stock in various gloss levels and can order new colours for next day delivery allowing us to offer a speedy turnaround on all orders. We also offer a colour matching service.
