Based in Colnbrook, Berkshire, just off the M25, DPS Industrial Finishers Ltd offer powder coating services to industry specialising in large items (upto 7m) and aluminium treatments for a UK market.

Background

Established in 1945, DPS Industrial Finishers Ltd operate from a 10500ft² facilty just off of junction 14 of the M25 and offer a fast turnaround on both large & small batch powder coating work as well as stove enamelling and air dry systems.

Large Capacity

DPS Industrial Finishers Ltd offer a large capacity for both pre-treatment and finishing of items upto 7.4m in length, 2m wide and 1.8m high. As well as possessing the capacity to pre-treat and coat large items, we also have a large facility with plenty of floor space which allows us to undertake and store high volume work on large sized components.

Powder Coating

We are specialist powder coaters offering polyester, epoxy and epoxy polyester finishes and hold over 200 colours in a variety of gloss levels in stock. We use Dupont and Akzo Nobel powders as standard which means our customers automatically get the very best in surface finishes available. We also offer automatic processing through our conveyorised track oven, convenient for long production runs. We also offer finishing in accordance with both BS6496 and BS6497 for architectural applications.

Pre-Treatment

We offer iron phosphating for steel products as well as chromate conversion for aluminium which ensures maximum paint adhesion and the long term integrity of the finished surface.

Aluminium Treatments

Because of the combination of our large chromate tanks and powder coating facilities we are a favoured service provider to clients requiring aluminium components treated, in particular for the architectural market.

Extended Life Guarantee

As well as standard polyester powder coatings for external applications, we also offer the Cromadex Extra Life system which gaurantees up to 16 years corrosion protection on both aluminium and mild steel.
